How to add mods to iOS KotOR:

If you guys like this tip you'll love http://www.kotoriosmods.wordpress.com/ I'm the founder of the site, and I haven't had the time to update things in a very long time, but there are plenty of things that are still relevant :) Disclaimer: If you want to install mods on the iOS version of Kotor, you MUST be jailbroken. This fact is not clearly spelled out on the site, and I'm well aware of this. Life is crazy though, and the last thing on y mind lately has been updating a website born out a love of Kotor. It's a hobby, and I wish I could give it more time than I do, but such is life. That being said, do t be afraid to contact me with questions. I always try to respond and help out eventually!:) One final note- for help jailbreaking, don't hesitate to visit /r/jailbreak . I'm a frequent there, and it's a great resource for both new and seasoned veterens of the jailbreak scene.
Just to elaborate a bit more- this site isn't much more then a publication/documentation of the few things I've tried on the iOS version of KOTOR. Internally the game is not much different at all from it's PC counterpart and most mods out there should function just fine. I haven't had time to update things in a long while now, but I'll be happy to help if I can. Hopefully it'll help everyone get some mods running on iOS- to me, Kotor isn't the same without mods! TROUBLESHOOTING:
One time, I had to move the save files into the Windows version of KotOR's directory on my computer for all of the options in the save editor to show up.
If I receive anything else that might be a common issue for people, I will add it here.
Kotor Save Game Editor For Mac
My only machine these days is my MacBook Pro. It runs the game wonderfully with all of the graphic options turned up, but I'd like to not always have the game DVD in the drive, especially when I'm taking the laptop with me away from home.
Is there an easy was to run KOTOR without the disk in the drive? Being a Mac, can I just make a disk image of the DVD and mount that instead of the actual disk?
The Windows world is full of no-DVD cracks for games, but the websites that host them don't have any mac content.
Kotor Cheats
This is very frustrating - I dual boot with Boot Camp, and had the choice between $50 for Mac KOTOR or $30 for 'Best of PC Starwars Games' with KOTOR, Battlefront, Jedi Knight II, and another game. I paid $20 *more* for three less games.I really don't want to have to take my $50 six inch silver disc all around town.

I tried to support Mac gaming; please tell me the Mac Gaming companies can make my life easier than if I'd just purchased the Windows version of the same product.Kotor Mods
